This Privacy Policy describes how Modern Wealth Model (“we,” “us,” or “the Site,” operated at modernwealthmodel.com) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit the Site. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Modern Wealth Model is an independent financial education site published from California, United States. The site is operated as a registered DBA in California. For background on the publisher, see the About page. For privacy inquiries, see Section 12 below.

  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console
  • Search optimization: Rank Math SEO plugin
  • Advertising (when active): Google AdSense
  • Comment avatars: Gravatar (Automattic)

8. Comments and forms

When you leave a comment, the Site stores the comment text, your provided name, your provided email (not displayed publicly), your IP address, and your browser user agent string. This information is used to display the comment, detect spam, and respond if needed. Comment data is retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. If you have an account and log in, we set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies.

Comment data is retained for as long as the comment remains on the Site. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 12).

11. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. We rely on industry-standard security measures provided by our hosting and infrastructure partners. No system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Site.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage periodic review.
